BRANCHED-CHAIN AMINO ACIDS (BCAAS)

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a special subclass of essential amino acids (EAAs) noted for their ability to support the body’s ability to fuel skeletal muscles, combat muscle protein breakdown and support muscle protein synthesis.*
