So, what is a Scotcheroo?
Imagine biting into a chewy, crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth treat that perfectly balances sweet and salty. This creamy peanut butter, lovingly mixed with golden butterscotch chips creates a rich, velvety base. This mixture is then combined with crispy rice cereal, giving it that irresistible crunch in every bite.

But it doesn’t stop there—because no Scotcheroo is complete without a generous topping of smooth, dark chocolate melted and spread across the top, creating a decadent layer that brings all the flavors together. A no-bake dessert bar that’s gooey, crispy, chocolaty, and completely addictive.
